● Do I need an electric air pump?
We highly recommend it. An electric pump saves huge time and effort.
A manual pump requires nearly 400 strokes to fully inflate the mattress, which is very tiring.
● How do I choose the right awning?
For the Shell Series, please select a 90° awning.
 
For the Fish Island Series, any awning style will work.
● What air pressure should I use?
Pressure depends on where you use the tent:
- Roof use: Air mattress 10–12 PSI; air beams 6–8 PSI (6 PSI recommended).
- Ground use: Air mattress 2–3 PSI. For a firmer surface, you can inflate to 5–6 PSI or up to 10–12 PSI.
Adjust freely based on your needs.
● What scenes can this tent be used for?
Our inflatable rooftop tent works on rooftops, ground, water, indoors, bedrooms, patios, and even swimming pools.
Its fully inflatable design makes it compact when stored. It can also be used as a play space for kids. With screens closed, it keeps bugs out completely.
● How long does setup take?
Using an electric pump:
- Air mattress (10–12 PSI): ~13 minutes
- Air beams (6 PSI): ~3 minutes
- Roof installation: 2–3 minutes
Most time is spent inflating. The electric pump auto-stops at your set pressure, so you can prepare other gear while it works.
● Why is my pressure relief valve leaking?
If the red valve leaks at 6 PSI:
Open the mesh cap, then adjust the black knob inside.
Turning clockwise increases pressure.
**Maximum pressure: 8 PSI**
6 PSI is already enough for normal use.
● Where do you ship from? How long to the US?
We ship from Tianjin, China. Orders first go to Yiwu (about 3 days), then via international shipping to your address, usually taking around 20 days total.
We also have limited inventory in US and European warehouses. If stock is available, we will ship from overseas warehouses first.

● What safety precautions should I follow?
- Keep away from sharp objects to avoid puncturing the mattress or beams.
- Wear safety gear when using on water.
- Secure all buckles when using on the roof to prevent falling.
- Clear sharp objects from the ground before setup outdoors.
● Why is my inflation valve leaking air?
Two common situations:
1. Leaks immediately after inflation: The center knob was not in the **popped-up (closed)** position before inflating. Press and twist until it clicks up.
2. Slow leaks: Usually from a loose valve. Use the black wrench in the orange repair kit to tighten the valve. Do not fully remove it unless necessary, as reinstalling requires care.
● Will this tent fit my vehicle?
It fits most vehicles on the market.
- If your car has a sunroof: We suggest a roof rack or platform for safety (sunroofs cannot support weight).
- If you already have a roof platform: Ensure no sharp edges.
If no sunroof, confirm your roof can support weight. A roof rack is always recommended for stability.
● Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a **1-year warranty** against manufacturing defects.
